- 雞蛋:一顆
- 自發(fā)面粉:一杯
- 牛奶:一杯
- 鹽:少許
- 白砂糖:一湯匙
- 牛油:兩茶匙
- 食油:少許
- 水果:隨性
- 果醬:隨性
- 楓樹糖漿:隨性
步驟詳解

把所有食材準備好 Prepare all the ingredients

面粉 + 鹽 + 糖 = 攪拌均勻 (A) Ingredients (A) : Mix Flour + Salt + Sugar

雞蛋 + 牛奶 = 攪拌均勻 (B) Ingredients (B) : Mix egg + milk

把(B)及 溶了的牛油 加入 (A)里 Pour (B) & melted butter into (A)

攪拌均勻 注意:不要攪拌過量!均勻就停止攪拌! Mix evenly. Attention: Do NOT over mixed the batter! Stop once it is even.

把食油抹在鍋底 (中火) Spread some cooking oil on the pan (medium heat)

放入適量(大約兩湯匙)面糊 Pour in roughly 2tbsp of batter onto the pan

3-5 分鐘后 當側邊呈現(xiàn)定型的狀態(tài)以及泡泡浮出(如圖)就能翻面 Flip the batter once the side of batter shaped (as in the photo) and the top bubbled. It takes about 3-5 minutes to turn into this look.

兩面都煎好后 擺盤 就能吃啦! Once both side is fried evenly, you may move it to a plate then add any topping as you like and ENJOY!
